We deliver our flowers, plants and gifts to hundreds of suburbs across Brisbane every week day. You can see the full delivery suburb list here.

In most cases, if the suburb isn’t already on the list, it’s a little too far for our couriers to reach. If the desired suburb is quite close one that does appear on the list, please reach out to our customer service team as we may be able to deliver to that area for an extra fee.

We try and keep our ordering process as simple as possible. That’s why we have included the cost of delivery in our prices, so there are no extra delivery fees at the checkout. We pride ourselves on transparency, so we will never claim to offer free delivery, but the cost is built into the price of our arrangements and plants.

Our couriers typically work their way our from our Norman Park store. They start delivering at about 12:30 each day and we aim to have all of our orders delivered by 5pm, providing we don’t run into unexpected delays on the road. We can’t deliver by a certain time, but please let our team know of any time requests when placing your order and we will do our best to accomodate them.

If no one is home at the time of the delivery, we will look for a safe place to leave the flowers. If there is nowhere safe, someone from our team will attempt to contact one of the delivery parties. Our flowers are delivered with a water source which will keep them happy and hydrated.

In most cases, we are unable to offer delivery by a certain time. Our drivers work their way outwards from our Norman Park store and deliver their orders in the most efficient route possible. If the recipient is due to leave work early that day we may not be able to guarantee that we’ll arrive before they leave.

We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our retail store is open from Monday to Saturday.

We send tracking emails with all of our orders. You’ll receive an update when your order leaves our store, another once our driver is on their way to your delivery and a final email once your order has been delivered.

Each day, a different product in our range has it’s time to shine. Native flowers are very popular but our Poppy’s Choice is our best selling arrangement. Simple choose the size you would like and our florists will do the rest!
