Every morning, our team of florists visit the Brisbane flower markets, ensuring that the blooms we use in our arrangements are consistently fresh and personally handpicked by us. Our daily selections boast a variety of flowers, each hand crafted by our team of skilled florists. However, our offerings extend beyond the flowers. Our dedicated couriers personally deliver our flowers, plants and gifts across Brisbane every weekday. Hand crafted in our Norman Park studio, our floral arrangements are dispatched across the city daily. Place your order before 12 pm, and our team of couriers will deliver on the same day. Rest easy knowing that our flower couriers are all employees of Poppy Rose, ensuring your delivery is in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about your experience! Elevate your gifting with our Floral Subscriptions! Your special someone can come home to a burst of fresh blooms at their doorstep each week. Starting a subscription is easy breezy! Place your order today, and you we can send your first bunch of blooms on our next delivery day. It’s the ideal way to treat yourself or surprise someone special with a continuous supply of flowers. Choose from our range of payment options including Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Afterpay and Zippay. You can opt to pay for your Floral Subscription upfront, or break it up into regular payments.
We deliver our flowers, plants and gifts to hundreds of suburbs across Brisbane every week day. You can see the full delivery suburb list here.
In most cases, if the suburb isn’t already on the list, it’s a little too far for our couriers to reach. If the desired suburb is quite close one that does appear on the list, please reach out to our customer service team as we may be able to deliver to that area for an extra fee.
We wish we could! Our flowers are delivered by our trusty team of Couriers who are all employed directly by us. When you select your delivery suburb during the ordering process, you’ll see the delivery fee for that area which will automatically be added to the total of your order.
Our drivers are paid an hourly rate + an allowance for every kilometre they travel. Your delivery isn’t in the hands of a third party courier, who doesn’t really care if your order arrives or not. Our dreamy Couriers go above and beyond to make sure each order reaches its destination, so they’re worth every penny!
Our couriers typically work their way our from our Norman Park store. They start delivering at about 12:30 each day and we aim to have all of our orders delivered by 5pm, providing we don’t run into unexpected delays on the road. We can’t deliver by a certain time, but please let our team know of any time requests when placing your order and we will do our best to accomodate them.
If no one is home at the time of the delivery, we will look for a safe place to leave the flowers. If there is nowhere safe, someone from our team will attempt to contact one of the delivery parties. Our flowers are delivered with a water source which will keep them happy and hydrated.
In most cases, we are unable to offer delivery by a certain time. Our drivers work their way outwards from our Norman Park store and deliver their orders in the most efficient route possible. If the recipient is due to leave work early that day we may not be able to guarantee that we’ll arrive before they leave.
We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our retail store is open from Monday to Saturday.
We send tracking emails with all of our orders. You’ll receive an update when your order leaves our store, another once our driver is on their way to your delivery and a final email once your order has been delivered.
Each day, a different product in our range has it’s time to shine. Native flowers are very popular but our Poppy’s Choice is our best selling arrangement. Simple choose the size you would like and our florists will do the rest!
