Where do we send our flowers?

Our dedicated couriers personally deliver our flowers, plants and gifts across Brisbane every weekday. Hand crafted in our Norman Park studio, our floral arrangements are dispatched across the city daily. Place your order before 12 pm, and our team of couriers will deliver on the same day. Rest easy knowing that our flower couriers are all employees of Poppy Rose, ensuring your delivery is in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about your experience! Place your order today, and you we can send your first bunch of blooms on our next delivery day. It’s the ideal way to treat yourself or surprise someone special with a continuous supply of flowers. Is delivery included in our pricing?

Most of the prices on our website are inclusive of a flat rate delivery fee of $15, with the exception of some of the outer suburbs that we service. When you select the suburb from the drop down box you’ll be able to see if the suburb you are delivering to has any additional delivery fees.

What time will my order be delivered?

Our couriers typically work their way our from our Norman Park store. They start delivering at about 12:30 each day and we aim to have all of our orders delivered by 5pm, providing we don’t run into unexpected delays on the road.

What time is our cut off for same day delivery?

Our website closes at 12pm each week day for same day delivery. Anything ordered after 12pm will be delivered on the next available business day.

Your delivery suburb isn't on the list, can we go there?

In most cases, if the suburb isn’t already on the list, it’s a little too far for our couriers to reach. If the desired suburb is quite close one that does appear on the list, please reach out to our customer service team as we may be able to deliver to that area for an extra fee.

Your recipient finishes work early, can we deliver by a certain time?

In most cases, we are unable to offer delivery by a certain time. Our drivers work their way outwards from our Norman Park store and deliver their orders in the most efficient route possible. If the recipient is due to leave work early that day we may not be able to guarantee that we’ll arrive before they leave.

Do we deliver on the weekend?

We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our retail store is open from Monday to Saturday.

How will I know when my order has been delivered?

We send tracking emails with all of our orders. You’ll receive an update when your order leaves our store, another once our driver is on their way to your delivery and a final email once your order has been delivered.
