What wrapping do you use for your flowers?
All of our flowers are wrapped in a white kraft paper. Our paper is supplied locally and is free from any nasty films, making it 100% bio-degradable.
How long will my flowers last?
Every flower has a different life span. We purchase fresh from the markets each morning to ensure that you get to enjoy their vase life for as long as possible.
Can I request something that's not on your website?
Absolutely - if it's in season and we can get our little hands on it, we will! Just reach out to our Customer Support team and we can help.
What time will my flowers be delivered?
Our flower couriers leave the store just after lunch time each day, so you can expect your flowers throughout the afternoon. All of our online orders come with delivery tracking, so you'll know exactly when your delivery is due to arrive.
Can I trust my delivery will arrive?
We don't use any third party couriers - every courier is part of the Poppy Rose team. This means your delivery is in the hands of someone who cares. You can sit back and relax knowing it will arrive when we say it will.
