I have been ordering beautifully arranged bouquets for my mother, to celebrate mothers day, birthdays and Christmas.
This Christmas I wanted to light up Mum life with a colourful bouquet, and yet again Poppy Rose managed to do just that.
Accessing the website, logging in, selecting an appropriate bouquet couldn't be easier, with delivery always on the date as stipulated.

Poppy’s were great.
There was an issue with the flowers that I first ordered.
They contacted me and agreed that one of the flowers wasn’t up to standard.
They then offered to supply me with a new bouquet of flowers.

It would’ve been better to be contacted prior to delivery so that I could meet up at the door or receive the packages myself instead of having it handed over to someone who didn’t even order the flowers as I had my phone on me ready to pop out to recieve.
Hi Bomin, thanks so much for your feedback. We generally don't contact people prior to delivery as most of our orders are gifts and are preferred to be left as surprises. We are super happy to do this on request though, so in future please feel free to pop some notes in your order, and we'll add a request for our driver to give you a call on delivery.
