Poppy’s were great.
There was an issue with the flowers that I first ordered.
They contacted me and agreed that one of the flowers wasn’t up to standard.
They then offered to supply me with a new bouquet of flowers.
Best service. Great flowers.

It would’ve been better to be contacted prior to delivery so that I could meet up at the door or receive the packages myself instead of having it handed over to someone who didn’t even order the flowers as I had my phone on me ready to pop out to recieve.
Hi Bomin, thanks so much for your feedback. We generally don't contact people prior to delivery as most of our orders are gifts and are preferred to be left as surprises. We are super happy to do this on request though, so in future please feel free to pop some notes in your order, and we'll add a request for our driver to give you a call on delivery. I haven't sent flowers for years. With Poppy & Rose, it couldn't be easier! I didn't get to see the flowers myself, but judging by the phonecall, they were definitely beautiful.

Flowers were great, and they were able to reschedule delivery the day they were originally meant to be due so that they could be received by the intended recipient, great customer service!

Quite disappointed with the amount of flowers delivered with my order for a medium bouquet,
I have ordered through Poppy Rose before with a good experience but this was so bad and it was for my elderly mother’s birthday. I won’t be ordering from you again.
