Flowers didn’t look anything like pictures on website. If it’s poppy’s choice, poppy choice the cheapest flowers available and charged the most premium price.

Beautiful flowers as always, but somehow missed the card with a bday message to my wife.

I've had a look at the order and the card message isn't there - it looks like there may have been an issue with the website and the message was overridden. We really appreciate this feedback as I will look into this issue with shopify and hopefully prevent it happening again in the future. We hope your wife had a very happy birthday and we are sorry for the inconvinience!
