Our next delivery day is Monday 12th January.

We've finished delivering for 2025. Our retail store is open from 7am - 1pm on Christmas Eve with fresh flower and last minute gifts!

Delivery

Our flowers are delivered by Poppy Rose’s own team of friendly couriers! Deliveries are made between 12:30pm and 5pm Monday - Saturday. Our team works their way out from our store, so we're unable to guarantee specific delivery times.

What's included?

A mix of seasonal blooms, chosen by our creative florists and wrapped in our signature white kraft paper and tied off with matching ribbon. Our bouquets are all delivered with a water source which will keep the flowers happy and hydrated for the afternoon.

Seasonal Flowers

As the seasons change, so do the flowers we can get our little hands on. We’ll try and source similar products to the photo but will always choose from the best seasonal product available at the time of purchasing.

Poppy’s were great.
There was an issue with the flowers that I first ordered.
They contacted me and agreed that one of the flowers wasn’t up to standard.
They then offered to supply me with a new bouquet of flowers.

Delivery Issue

It would’ve been better to be contacted prior to delivery so that I could meet up at the door or receive the packages myself instead of having it handed over to someone who didn’t even order the flowers as I had my phone on me ready to pop out to recieve.

Hi Bomin, thanks so much for your feedback. We generally don't contact people prior to delivery as most of our orders are gifts and are preferred to be left as surprises. We are super happy to do this on request though, so in future please feel free to pop some notes in your order, and we'll add a request for our driver to give you a call on delivery.
