Some of our most frequently asked questions
Most of the prices on our website are inclusive of a flat rate delivery fee, with the exception of some of the outer suburbs that we service. When you select the suburb from the drop down box you’ll be able to see if the suburb you are delivering to has any additional delivery fees.
Our couriers typically work their way our from our Norman Park store. They start delivering at about 12:30 each day and we aim to have all of our orders delivered by 5pm, providing we don’t run into unexpected delays on the road.
Our website closes at 12pm each week day for same day delivery. Anything ordered after 12pm will be delivered on the next available business day.
In most cases, if the suburb isn’t already on the list, it’s a little too far for our couriers to reach. If the desired suburb is quite close one that does appear on the list, please reach out to our customer service team as we may be able to deliver to that area for an extra fee.
In most cases, we are unable to offer delivery by a certain time. Our drivers work their way outwards from our Norman Park store and deliver their orders in the most efficient route possible. If the recipient is due to leave work early that day we may not be able to guarantee that we’ll arrive before they leave.
We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our retail store is open from Monday to Saturday.
We send tracking emails with all of our orders. You’ll receive an update when your order leaves our store, another once our driver is on their way to your delivery and a final email once your order has been delivered.
