How much is delivery?
When you enter your delivery address at the checkout, a delivery fee will be added to your order. All of our delivery fees go directly towards paying our Couriers wages. Our team of Couriers are all part of the Poppy Rose team.
What time will my order be delivered?
Our couriers typically work their way our from our Norman Park store. They start delivering at about 12:30 each day and we aim to have all of our orders delivered by 5pm, providing we don’t run into unexpected delays on the road.
When is your cut off for same day delivery?
Our website closes at 12pm each week day for same day delivery. Anything ordered after 12pm will be delivered on the next available business day.
My delivery suburb isn't on the list, can you go there?
In most cases, if the suburb isn’t already on the list, it’s a little too far for our couriers to reach. If the desired suburb is quite close one that does appear on the list, please reach out to our customer service team as we may be able to deliver to that area for an extra fee.
Can you deliver by a certain time?
In most cases, we are unable to offer delivery by a certain time. Our drivers work their way outwards from our Norman Park store and deliver their orders in the most efficient route possible. If the recipient is due to leave work early that day we may not be able to guarantee that we’ll arrive before they leave.
Do you deliver on the weekend?
We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our retail store is open from Monday to Saturday.
How will I know when my order has been delivered?
We send tracking emails with all of our orders. You’ll receive an update when your order leaves our store, another once our driver is on their way to your delivery and a final email once your order has been delivered.
Can I pick up from your shop?
You sure can, as long as it’s within our store opening hours. You can place a pick up order online. We do have a selection of other fresh flowers available in store as well. You’ll find us at Shop 2-5, 50 Hume street, Norman Park.
Due to liquor licencing rules, we can't sell any products containing alcohol in store, including online orders that are being picked up.
Where is your shop and is there parking?
You can find us at Shop 2-5, 50 Hume street Norman Park.
All of our online orders are prepared and dispatched from this location. There are customer car parks on the street out the the front of our shop or plenty of side street parking available. Don’t be tempted to go down the driveway as there is no parking down there and there’s a good chance you’ll have trouble getting your car out!
